Hotel Svendborg

This place suits me perfectly, offering wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a great restaurant. I still remember how the staff helped my elderly parents with such warmth. I highly recommend it! I'll be back for Xmas.

The breakfast choices are extensive with meat, fish plus including meat. The location is unbeatable and the staff is really helpful!

I've had wonderful and huge room with large bathroom with toilets, fans, as example. Location: the hotel was close enough to several restaurants and shops, the theme park and the centre of Svendborg. The staff were very good and were always there to help.

Nice modern comfortable room and beds. Easy free car parking. Excellent breakfast. Central location about 5 mins walk from harbour front.

Not much character - it's really a hotel for businessmen and conferences. We would recommend the restaurants down by the harbour rather than the hotel one.

The small details needed more attention - the shower gel was empty. I had to reach under the bed to make the bedside lights work. It could have been excellent, but wasn't quite.

Terribly hot in the room - no air-con, no fan! Windows are low and do not have a lock, so you cannot keep windows open unguarded / at night if you have children in the room. in general the windows are a major safety risk for kids. The nearby church bell and trafffic are loud and you need ear plugs to sleep

The hotel is very central and has large, modern rooms. Breakfast was excellent: Fresh, and with lots of different items to choose from.

The kitchen closes at 9pm - too early for my taste

The breakfast was awesome, and the staff was super friendly. We especially loved Thuro Minigolf and the quick walk to the ferry for a fun day trip. Highly recommend for a group getaway!

We weren't impressed with the food at the hotel restaurant. Our first dinner there didn't meet our expectations.

Charming, Charming, Charming

The charming decor sets a warm, cute vibe. I adored the fresh fruit-infused water at check-in. Such a refreshing touch! Plus, the sun terrace was an absolute gem, I'll definitely be back for that good atmosphere.

do recommend for a couple of nights

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, including helpful personnel who guided us around the local area, and the breakfast was excellent, with a healthy, varied buffet that met our needs perfectly.

Everything was perfect.

Rooms had a bit of a musty smell. Friendly staff made check-in easy. Great location near local restaurants. They offer cycling and billiards on-site, a nice touch.

The room was outdated and not comfortable at all. The shower was cramped, and there was visible mold in the grout. I was also disappointed with the lack of any adequate storage space for my belongings.

You can't beat the fresh seafood and local culinary gems in Svendborg-trust me, the waterfront eateries are next level! Oh, and big shoutout to the super helpful staff and the smooth check-in experience, made things effortless.

But lemme tell you, the room situation was a bit of a roulette. I ended up in a cramped space with a quirky setup that was more awkward than charming. Plus, there was that pesky mold vibe in the shower that just didn't sit right. Definitely needs some TLC!
